underneath the building. The unit has been updated to
include ceramic tile flooring, berber carpeting, and
maple kitchen cabinets. Beautifully rattan furniture and
a nautical theme enhance the unit. You'll enjoy the comfort of a king, two
doubles, and a sleeper sofa. The unit has a 32' private
balcony with an unobstructed view of the gulf.
I do not require a Saturday to Saturday stay. Plan your
vacation around your schedule. During mid & low season,
only a 4 night stay is required; but you'll be kicking
yourself for not staying longer !!
You can surf from the private balcony using WI-FI. Fall
asleep to the sound of the ocean. You'll feel like a
millionaire !!
Additional Amenities: Full kitchen, queen sleeper sofa,
cable TV on 3TVs, private beach access, heated pool,

Rates Availability:
Low Season .. Sep 01-Dec 31 .. $ 875/week.
High Season .. Dec 31-Apr 30 .. $1250/week.
Mid Season .. May 01-Aug 31 .. $1000/week.
Minimum four nights stay, seven nigh minimum during
holiday and high season. Rates do not include cleaning
