Miscellaneous Contract Information:
Check-in time is 4 pm and check-out time is 11 am.
We will not rent to vacationing students or singles under 25 years of age unless accompanied by an adult guardian or parent for the duration of the contract.
Cancellations:
A sixty (60) day written notice is required for
cancellations. Cancellations that are made more than 60
days prior to the rental date will incur no penalty.
Cancellations or changes that are made within 60 days of
arrival date will forfeit the reservation deposit unless the
unit is re-rented for the cancelled days. We will make
every effort to re-rent the unit. If the unit is re-rented
we will refund all monies less $100 administrative fee.
There will be no fee if we are able to re-rent for the
cancelled dates and you reschedule your vacation with us.
There is no smoking inside The Cape Escape! Smoking is only permitted on one of the porches with all the sliding doors and windows closed.
