Must be 25 or older to rent. Sleeps 2-3 adults and 2-3 children. Maximum occupancy is 6, please do not contact if more than four adults is required for this accommodation. Deposit required for booking. Deposit is 1/2 of total stay amount paid at booking, the rest of the stay amount is due two weeks prior to arrival. $300 refundable security/damage deposit required. Cancellations are required two weeks in advance of arrival in order to receive deposit refund. Visa/Mastercard is accepted. No smoking permitted. Additional state and local taxes are applicable.
