Our Luxury two-storey villa
on Esprit community adjacent to Lake Davenport with extended 26 ft x 12
ft totally enclosed South facing pool and unrestricted view over golf
course.
On a quiet estate only 10/15 minutes from Disneyworld located
conveniently on a par 54 nine-hole golf course. For your enjoyment, the
community also has its own swimming pool with covered cabana and tennis
and basketball courts.
Close by there is a bank, petrol station, mini-mart,
Subway and small shopping plaza by the gates. Publix and Winn
Dixie supermarkets are both under 3 minutes away and a 24-hour Wal Mart
superstore, approximately 2 miles away, is due to open October 2004.
There is also a small public library adjacent to the Publix store that
allows guests 30 minutes free Internet access per day, also situated
within 2 minutes from the entrance.
The 400 acre lake is only 5 minutes walk away and has its own fishing
boardwalk, boat ramp and is surrounded by a conservation area which is
an ideal place to see the local wildlife. The villa comprises of 4
bedrooms.
The downstairs master bedroom comes with a queen-sized bed, walk in
closet, ceiling fan, radio alarm, cable TV, en suite bathroom and toilet
and patio doors to the pool deck.
Upstairs there are three bedrooms, one double and two
single (one themed) which share their own family bathroom, shower and
toilet.
One of the twin bedrooms is equipped with a TV and a
Play Station 2 console.
A spacious great room downstairs with vaulted cathedral ceilings
comprising of a dining area and living area with its own toilet and
washbasin.
For your comfort, the lounge has three sofas, a 28-inch
cable TV, VCR, DVD player and DVD’s.
It also has a family entertainment area with a full sized pool table.
The fully fitted kitchen is complete with fridge/freezer and icemaker,
microwave, stove, toaster, coffee maker, tin opener and dishwasher.
There is also a breakfast nook with table and chairs and
patio doors, which also lead out onto the pool deck.
The spacious integral double garage houses the washing machine, tumble
dryer, iron and ironing board together with the air conditioning and
heating unit.
The fully enclosed extended pool deck comprises a 26ft fully south
facing swimming pool together with modern pool furniture and
unrestricted views over the 4th tee of Polo Park East golf course.
