Beach House Retreats House is available for Retreat
Weekends. We have our own instructors for the *starred
Titles, and I welcome groups to use the house and
instruct their own workhops also. Tell me what you need,
or want and we will start working on it to pull

bookings for these retreats. The house sleeps 16, the
class sizes vary but please feel free to bring a spouse
or friend to join you if there is room. The cooking
classes will charge per person in house. The lodging fee
for the Friday-Sunday weekend stay is a flat rate of
$1000 per night.

Start booking your off season getaways to one of
the nicest rentals on the Island. Come enjoy LBI
in Style. This home sleeps 16 year round, and
can also be looked down to sleeping 8 (off
season Sept.-May). There are 5 bedrooms,
sleeping 10, 2 living rooms, sleeping the extra
6, 2 bathrooms, laundry room, 42 flat screen TV
with surround sound, 60 inch big screen TV,
fourth floor 600 sq. ft. rooftop deck, back yard
made for entertaining with tables benches and
fire pit.
We are located in Beach Haven Crest,
conveniently located near many restaurants, ice
cream shops, liquor store, gas station, bait
shop, pizza, movie theater (summer only), Acme,
bike rentals, surf shop/lessons, Deli, Fishery,
and we are a guarded beach for swimmers and
surfers. We are very interested in bringing more
types of travelers here to the Quiet Island for
Retreats in the off season months.
I find the Island to be great for people
suffering from lack of sun; I felt the sun
deprivation before I moved here, and now I have
no issues. I think when you actually see the
sunrise, and the sunset, that you don’t really
feel the darkness of winter because you are in
constant contact with the sun, after the rise of
the sun it passes over the house onto the
bayside of the Island, so you have hours of
sunlight to enjoy. Abundant large casement
windows make the house extremely bright and
sunny.
I think it is a Artists, Photographers,
Painters, Sketchers, dream of inspiration right
outside the door/windows/deck between the
skylines, ocean, and bay scenery. The solitude
off season is very desirable to many who are
truly looking to get away from it all. There
many be only one person who lives on each block
if lucky, and the traffic light are turned off,
the locals restaurants are quite friendly to new
faces, wanting to also expand their customer
base during the off season. The house is awesome
for large friend and family get togethers also
big enough to spread out the age groups when
needed.
I can help plan many different activities if
needed during your stay, private, yoga, pilates,
surfing lessons, fishing trips, reservations to
restaurants, babysitting (I have 2 teen
daughters 14, 16), weddings, receptions,
children’s activities, artists connections to
activities.
And please request anything else that you are
interested in, I am sure I find out about it and
assist you in it. We live here year round and
look forward to speaking with you help plan your
next get away.
