Property Description: Welcome to Eagle's Landing! This
home is by far one of our best for relaxing in and
enjoying the company of your friends and family (or just
each other)! The Master Suite has a private deck with
an ocean view, a Jacuzzi tub, gas fireplace and mini
fridge! There are 3 bedrooms and 3 baths in this home -
with decks on 3 sides of the house! The dining room
table seats 8 and there is a fully-equipped kitchen with
dishwasher. The Family Room boasts a theater TV with
CD/DVD/VCR. The extra room off of the family room
has a washer/dryer, microwave and fridge. The Loft
Bedroom has 2 day beds with trundles that sleeps up to
four. The third bedroom has a King sized bed, which can
be made-up as 2 extra long twin beds, if needed.
There is a BBQ and outdoor furniture for relaxing on
sunny days.
Rates Availability: The rates are based upon an
occupancy of 4, but the home will sleep 8-10. Children
under the age of 5 stay for free! When you book 7
nights, the 7th night is always free!
The Off Season rate is $150 a night - $900 per week - 2
night minimum.
The High Season rate is $175 a night - $1050 per week -
2 night minimum.
The Peak Season and Holiday rate is $205 a night - $1230
per week -3 night minimum.
The cleaning fee for this home is $80, if booking 3 or
more nights. $120 for fewer.
Pet Restrictions: Up to 2 house-broken dogs are welcome
here, $25 each, but no heavier than 30 lbs.
