Unique
to the Sandbridge community in its shape, structure
and decor, Turtle Bay sits on a very quiet
cul-de-sac and fronts a water way leading to Back
Bay. This beautiful home is designed for multiple
family vacations. The spacious Geodesic Dome
structure accommodates large groups in a comfortably
social, round atmosphere. Multiple living areas
offer plenty of space to stretch out and a large
dining room accommodates the entire household for
dinner. The sleeping arrangements offer 4 queen beds
with private full baths, 2 queens with hall bath, a
3 twin bunk room and a 4 twin bunk room. The "Dome
Room Den" provides a day bed and 3 queen futons. The
game room also provides a queen futon. The rooftop
deck offers views of spectacular sunrises over the
ocean and sunsets of Back Bay National Wildlife
Refuge while wrap-around decks, patios and a
screened porch provide a plethora of outdoor dining
and lounge space. Unlike most, the private pool with
its active bottom is designed for games of
volleyball or just floating aside the cabana. Lush
landscaping makes it hard to believe this "resort
style" home can be such a bargain! Hot tub, shady
deck swings, new dock with boat ramp, and plenty of
parking for everyone coming from different
directions will ensure you an easy going week at
Turtle Bay! A wagon and beach cart are provided to
comfortably carry your beach gear for the short walk
to the public beach access. This year Turtle Bay is
providing two touring kayaks for your enjoyment of
the surrounding nature preserve. CAC, CCTVs, DVDs,
VCR, high-speed internet access with wireless
internet, ceiling fans. The game room offers
foosball, bumper pool, Texas hold'em poker table,
electronic and standard darts with ping-pong in the
large screened porch. Cooking and cleaning for the
group is accommodating with dual gas grills, dual
refrigerators, dual stoves, and dual dish washers
for easy clean-up! The inground pool with sport
bottom, 6 person hot tub and cabana bar with stereo
and mini-frig provide the perfect setting for your
day and evening entertainment.
